I called Frazer in an emergency as a client small store had failed in the height of his picking season.

Frazer sourced the required units and controllers and had them delivered to site within 24 hours.

Again Thermofrost have delivered an excellent service and trustworthy equipment.

Thermofrost and Frazer is our go to company for this kind of equipment.

We have been working with Thermofrost for over 25 years and they have been an outstanding partner to work with.  From the start their team has demonstrated a deep understanding of our needs and delivered solutions that were both effective and reliable.  Their professionalism, responsiveness ad attention to detail consistently exceeded our expectations.  We know we can always rely on Thermofrost to deliver our requirements on time and budget and we highly recommend them to any organisation looking for a trusted and capable partner.

Since I started working at Love Joes 6 years ago, I have relied heavily on Thermofrost Cryo for their supply of capital refrigeration equipment and their technical expertise.
Rob Ray is invaluable as a person who gets things done. Nothing seems to be too much trouble. It only takes just one call for him to get the ball rolling. Whether it’s for a small split AC system or a complex heat recovery Project. Rob always knows the right connections to provide the right advice or materials and during any project we undertake, he is always on hand to offer advice or provide solutions.
Rob has played a major part in advancing our refrigeration operations here at Love Joes. He and Thermofrost Cryo are our first consideration when any new refrigeration projects are started.

It has been our pleasure as Trade Cooling Limited a wholesaler of refrigerated display cabinets, to work in partnership with Thermofrost Cryo.

Thermofrost have been supplying us condensing units for more than a decade, assisting us in all aspects of supply and design to satisfy our customer needs.

We have worked with Thermofrost Cryo for many years as the preferred partner for our commercial refrigeration and air conditioning needs. Their technical assistance is consistently knowledgeable, responsive, and reliable, helping us to design the right solutions quickly and efficiently. Account management & customer service is outstanding—friendly, professional, and genuinely supportive at every step. Deliveries are dependable and well-coordinated, which makes a real difference to our operations. We highly recommend them, and I very much look forward to continuing to build a longstanding and mutually beneficial relationship together.

As a company with many years of trading we still regularly use Thermofrost for our refrigeration and air conditioning projects, along with compressor and controller supplies.
I have found the reply to requests for part quotations and equipment selection very satisfactory, and good stock levels of the everyday spares, and systems.
The background knowledge on the LG equipment is good, also having the opportunity to get training on the product, shows in the confidence of our customers.
Our area sales Manager, regularly keeps us up to date with products and services, also on the phone when the rare things don’t go to plan resolving the issues.
